Open Market Consultation

The Open Market Consultations (OMC) organised during the month of September 2017 allowed public procurers to have a two-way dialogue with companies, potential solution providers and other stakeholders with the aim of assessing whether the needs identified where correct and evaluating the risks associated with the PCP procedure before launching the call for tender.

The OMCs also helped the buyers design the procurement model and provided potential suppliers with the opportunity to shape the planned procurement and its requirements.
